Cecil Citrona, Doctor of-SCIENCE!

another Random OC i thought about in recent times, this one inspired by the Candy Circus ---

why a Doctor?...well...they don't have one that i know of
As Doctor of Science he fill most any type position in the field of Science, Medical or otherwise.

anything else you ask, well there are few things
1) Cecil can't see at all without his goggles.
2) Cecil is moody...often ranging somewhere between goody-two-shoes and mad scientist - his candy type is sweet and sour
3) when he is "normal", he can barely recalls wait he was doing when he was in a different state of mind
4) Yes the blond fro is real, got from being struck by lighting and the age of 16.

I am going to do some editing him base on critiques
PS i don't expect him to get anyone attention as of now but he kind of a neat OC
